This role includes collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of Medical Directors, Nursing, Pharmacist
and Social Workers while overseeing,developing and directing all medical affairs programs to provide case
management assistance for national employer groups.This role also requires clinical expertise in order to
serve as a resource of clinical knowledge to the client, marketing representative and support to the clinical
team of nurses. Additional responsibilities include the ability develop, coordinate and oversee all programs
for the Care Management teams while insuring quality Improvement (QI) programs for Case Management.
Coordinate all functions of the case management team including reporting to the Medical
Directors and the Group Administrators.
Collaborated with human resources to develop a plan to address the high attrition rate,
which resulted in a reduced in turn over from 48.9% to 4.4%.
Effectively lead and developed the National Accounts care management team including
performing employee coaching,counseling, evaluations and maintaining a high level of
accountability.
Monitored and reported all QI results of the team and made recommendation to assist in
the development of programs to address UR issues identified by reports.
Participates in inter-departmental medical management activities, including but not
limited to Case Management, Best Practices Standards,Critical/Clinical Pathways,
