3.5 million square feet over a wide geographical area of approximately 21,000 square miles. Maintain building
systems and components for a wide range of facilities to include data centers, office buildings, detention centers,

facilities. Supervise the safe operations and maintenance of chillers, boilers, HVAC systems, BAS controls,

AHJ compliance requirements coordinating inspections and documentation.
