I have fourteen years experience as a Training Coordinator, working alongside HR
and Production managers. I have experience in structured on-the-job training,
classroom training, new-hire orientation, interviewing, payroll and benefits. I also
have five years as a Logistics/Inventory Coordinator and Manager. I have
experience with inventory management, database management, cycle-counting,
purchasing and customer-supplier relations. I am a person who takes pride in

During my time at Abbott Point of Care, my job was to take this newly-acquired
company (Point of Care) and fit it into the Abbott Corporation family by
introducing corporate Site Safety Concepts, SOP's and GMP's, and to ensure
proper documentation for all procedures on the manufacturing floor to meet FDA
and regulatory guidelines. I created job duties for each position, then trained
employees to those positions. I created multiple Safety presentations and trained
the manufacturing personnel to those requirements. I also was part of the Quality
Process and routinely helped perform audits on all quality systems in the
manufacturing area. I am capable of learning your systems, then adhering and
training others to those systems.
