3. A summary of previous skills performed as an advanced QC:
Thin film Deposition Technology: I perform visual and quality assurance inspections on products called
(devices) or (computer heads) that were built onto what was called a (Puck) made of Aluminum Oxide.
I would inspect the product under an electron microscope detecting any flaws concerning tares and rips
in the material indentified as (lamination) that was created through arching (major plasma disruption)
through the process steps called under-layer and passivation (Aluminum Oxide deposited under and over
the devices for protection against contamination and increase electrical stability).
I would inspect the product for buildup of (Oxidation) caused by recent process step called
(Electroplating). I inspected the products looking for any (Pitting) that occurred onto the pucks created
by the Ion mill or deposition of materials (Bombardment of electrons or photon beam) directed at the
targets. The pitting would be caused by irregular bias voltage in the process steps of ion milling, and
deposition of materials had created arcing (major plasma disruption). The Ion Mill was used for etching
(Cleaning) the materials that were deposited onto the (Pucks) from previous process steps that created
contamination on the (devices) detected by visual microscopic inspections. I would perform inspections
under a microscope attached to a lab device called Nanoscope used for (measuring resolution in
nanometers), and inspecting the products within spec. for (tolerance range).
I would perform other inspections under a microscope attached to a lab device called (LR-Probe) used
for measuring the amount of material (Aluminum Oxide) that was deposited onto the tips of the
(devices) for confirmation that they were in spec. and in tolerance range. I would log in daily all data
summary inspections for each product batch.
Astronautic Division: I would validate quality control labels of IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis
Summary) stamps on all material and maintain stock (Raw Materials) and supply records into the PC. I
would provide inventory reports and cycle count raw material on inventory count sheets and supply data
support summary of material counted.
