Stores Coordinator
Organise Goods in department and coordinate distribution of all purchased items to
the correct departments.
Participate in weekly forecast meeting with projects to raise any concerns with
personnel Lifting equipment and transport requirements for any large movements of
client owned equipment.
Delegate all MMF’s (Material Movement forms) also assisting yard personnel using 4
– 16ton forklift when required.
Plan crane work within the yard completing Lift plans and risk assessments to suit.
Sling various items using soft slings, shackles etc. Also Bank the crane driver using
hand signals and also radios when required.

Materials Controller
• Control all Rope access and NDT equipment for a various offshore platforms.
• Record all certification including calibration certs and create RA certs.
• Keep all Inventory for the above items up to date.
• Follow quarantine procedure for defective items.
• Purchase all equipment required for these locations using the company system.
• Receipt of all goods check off against purchase orders and report any shortages.
• Load/Unload various size trucks with equipment.

• Coordinate Critical spares for all international drilling locations. (Drill ships, semis and jack
ups)
• Deal with different engineering disciplines (Mech-Elec-Sub sea-Marine) and using The ICS
(Inventory Control System) coordinate the control of each disciplines equipment,
Information, Up to date certs and test reports as per each individual equipment
specifications.
• Daily warehouse duties as specified by in-line manager.
• Using overhead gantry crane load and unload vehicles, This can vary from 5-20ton items that
require using trained banks man and slinging techniques.
• Being involved in lift plans/risk assessments for difficult rigging and overhead crane lifts

Rope Access Materials Controller
• Responsible for the daily running of rope access stores department, ensuring that all
incoming and outgoing materials and consumables are checked and manifested.
