performance with minimal supervision requires with excellent maturity, judgment and self-confidence, initiative and responsibility and have experienced
in all manufacturing operations, troubleshooting, supervisor, also process control in ISO 9001 clean room manufacturing environment. And I am self-
starters and people oriented, have persuasive and diplomatic communication skills (oral and written, 1-on-1 and in groups).
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Manufacturing Engineering / Management
• Process engineer for sputter i.e. cvd sputter coating for the process control and worked on engineering experiment and have worked with coating
glass optics, plastics, aluminum, substrates Have full knowledge of working of vacuum system. And I am responsible to make and maintain the data
regarding process control applications such as recipe manager, SPC, work with renewable energy solar cell’s and have optimized to reduce back
coating on the solar panel in sputter and helped to enhance the thin film.
• Supervise technicians and help perform preventative maintenance when tool had complex Process related problem also investigate, analyze,
document, tactical data and developed new procedures to reinforce that the worked on the tool is carried out effectively also set priorities and
manage work flow and create and also manage schedules and goals: also execute build plans reported on execution i.e. start, outs, wip, linearity,
yields.
• Trained and mentor technicians and all other personnel in process control on all industrial equipment and procedures in clean room and work with
all personnel involved in requesting for the any engineering changes also ensure they are done with minimal error and answer questions concerning
the process flow, enforced clean room rules and safety requirements.
• Maintained and supported local inventory (monitoring of min/max levels). Collected and distributed weekly & monthly inventory reports and I
communicate the process changes to Production and Engineering and provide customer service to them and verify all changes were done correctly
on the systems prior to activation and ensure production received correct process recipe and drive efficiency and improve effectiveness production
operations.
• Certified proper operation and maintenance of all production machinery, full authority to stop production line for defective products. Eliminate any
process related problems that occur in manufacturing and managed and maximize equipment and utilized labor by reallocating to bottleneck area of
the operations. Maintenance service and repair of vacuum tools. Perform preventative maintenance, form factor changes, tool conversions,
troubleshoot equipment problems. Perform strip and clean PM's on variety of Vacuum tools; Ion Mill, Corona, Basic fault identification and
recertification after qualification. Vacuum leak testing using Leak checker and RGA's
• Performed troubleshooting on manufacturing process when a problem occurs I investigated the problems with running lots and get them going in the
Fab and flow up with yields and with FA. And am responsible to administrate software application and procedure and enhance the process and
software capability and documented problem, recommended solutions, reported to management, and implemented solutions and ramp up production
and qualified new tool also interview candidates; recruit to meet production headcount for ramp up plan.
• Managed complex electronic and robotic equipment to polish texture, sputter, etch, clean and inspect computer hard disks during manufacturing.
And I am responsible for maintaining and supporting plant equipment and processes on my shift and I monitored the operation of the plant
equipment and processes on the shift and troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise and also analyze, and
summarize the Special Work Requests by the engineering department. And implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
for plant processes; and assist and support the other plant engineering groups with experimentation.
• Worked with R & D to confirm product parameters, material compatibility and process controls for new product manufacturing.
Facilities / Maintenance
• Facilities maintenance Foreman for 250,000 sq. Ft. Retail mall with 40 stores in Nottingham, England. Supervised employees and improved the
safety record of the site and all operated the site under budget. I am self-starter and able to handle multiple projects, and well organized also detail
oriented. And always worked well independently.
• Supervised maintenance of transportation vehicles facilities, material, equipment, and fuel for a city department. Trucking division of
Nottinghamshire County assisted in the daily maintenance and repair of truck fleet and with commercial construction, supervising experience, and
an ethical attitude that reflects my attention to detail and pride in my work and the quality
• Performed troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
