ACADEMIC PROJECTS
• Application of composites on electric poles. Structural and fluid analysis of the composite poles [Dec 2016 - ongoing]
This is my thesis topic and It involves analysis of composite poles under various atmospheric and structural loads using
ANSYS and MATLAB. Pre-Processing is being constructed in Hyper mesh and Post Processing is being done in both
ANSYS and MATLAB.
• Modeling flow of a pollutant in a fluid using Burgers’ equation [October 2016 – November 2016]
Analyzing and plotting the flow of a pollutant in a fluid using MATLAB and by using various implicit and explicit methods
to attain a better result.
• Design and development of high bypass ratio Turbofan engine [Feb 2016 – May 2016]
The project involved designing and analyzing the attributes of a given spec of an engine using NPSS and MATLAB
• Design and development of water propelled resisto jets (Undergrad thesis) [December 2014 – April 2015]
Designing, manufacturing and analyzing both experimentally in Aerodynamics LAB and computationally on ANSYS, the
flow inside a water propelled Resisto jet. The results were then compared to an existing paper on a similar topic. Was in
top 6 projects in Undergrad class for Aerospace engineering SRM University in 2015
• Manufacturing fuselage and wings using carbon fiber and industrial grade resin [December 2013 – April 2014]
Manufacturing wings out of industrial grade 150 GSM Carbon fiber and epoxy resin for a plane to be used in AIAA / DBF
2014. I was leading a team of 4 responsible for design, analysis and manufacturing.
