 This structural arrangement incorporates Floors, Longerons, Stiffeners, Edge members, Splice plate,
spacers and LRU’s.
 Structure was designed to prevent Rain Water leakage on MMR Region.
 Generation of 3D models from rough sketches using NMG’S, in a Design-in-Context
Environment in a concurrent engineering mode in VPM.
 Generation of detail drawings for fabrication and other downstream activities.
 Creating & managing the data in VPM, Creation of PSN tree structure for sub assembly,
Assembly and parts with appropriate NMG’S.
 Radome lock Assembly for Tejas LCA.
 Design of monolithic composite parts for Access panels.
 Suitable selection of sealants, adhesive & shims for ease of assembly.

MK1 (LSP2 & LSP4) Aircraft:
