Leadership/marketing: Created a department at Lebeck’s selling and servicing a new category of IT products.
Department increased corporation’s annual sales 25% within first 2 years. Supervised and trained all sales and service
staff. Responsible for all purchasing, advertising and marketing of products. Conducted product training classes for
customers and sales staff. Worked with factories on product development.
Increased productivity: Researched, purchased and coordinated installation of new Toshiba phone system in 6,500 sq.
ft. building, doubling the sales department’s call capacity. Was able to end the lease with AT&T to save thousands
annually, while production skyrocketed with modern technology features. Resulted in increased sales and more efficient
