types of tools for similar tasks for thousands of years.

in scriptures and museums.

Ancient Egyptian float
One example of an ancient plastering tool can be seen
at the Manchester Museum. The wooden float pictured
below was excavated from the pyramid of King
Senwosret dating back to 1880–1874BC. That’s 3,887
years old!
