ALIGNMENT HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
WITH ISO 41000-2015 TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS ON GLOBALIZATION
Background
Dengan akan diberlakukannya secara seragam di seluruh dunia atas standardisasi internasional ISO 41000 :
2015 – Facility Management, maka Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) yang populer dalam
organisasi saat ini, menjadi tidak relevan lagi, yang dikarenakan di dalam konsep HRBP, belum
dimasukkannya suatu kondisi tentang persyaratan kemampuan untuk terjadinya pertumbuhan bisnis secara
berkesinambungan, sebagaimana dimaksud di dalam ISO 41000 : 2015.
Salah satu ketentuan standardisasi internasional di dalam ISO 41000 : 2015, berupa kompetensi di dalam
HRBP untuk menjamin pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkesinambungan, belum tersirat dan tersurat di dalam
role, tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai HRBP, sehingga bisnis yang dijalankan oleh fungsi HRBP belum
memadai dalam memberikan kepastian pertumbuhan secara berkesinambungan.
Overview Program
Program “Alignment HRBP with ISO 41000 : 2015 to Achieve Business on Globalization merupakan
program transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman dalam mengembangkan konsep HRBP
yang akan diimplementasikan pada perusahaan (organisasi) dengan tujuan untuk memelihara dan menjamin
kepastian bisnis akan mengalami pertumbuhan secara berkesinambungan dimasa depan.
Program ini diselenggarakan melalui kegiatan tutor, diskusi, studi kasus dan simulasi untuk memberikan
kemampuan melalui transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman, sehingga peserta dapat
mengembangkan konsep HRBP yang kemudian mengimplementasikannya di dalam organisasi
(perusahaan), sehingga pertumbuhan berkesinambungan berlangsung.
Understanding
Program “Alignment HRBP with ISO 41000 : 2015 to Achieve Business on Globalization” adalah
program transformasi untuk mengembangkan konsep HRBP dengan melakukan eksplorasi terhadap fungsi,
tujuan, tugas dan tanggung jawab HRBP sehingga selaras dengan ISO 41000 : 2015 – tentang Facility
Management di dalam organisasi.
Peserta akan diperkenalkan dengan konsep dasar ISO 41000 : 2015, dan melakukan eksplorasi terhadap
fungsi, tujuan, tugas dan tanggung jawab HRBP, yang kemudian menyelaraskan HRBP dengan ISO 41000
: 2015, sehingga terjadinya kepastian pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan di masa depan.
Objective
1. Keselarasan HRBP dengan ISO 41000 : 2015 sebagai dasar jaminan pertumbuhan bisnis terjadi secara
berkesinambungan dimasa depan
2. Sebagai jaminan visi, misi dan obyektifitas organisasi dapat tercapai melalui pengenalan dan
implementasi hasil eksplorasi HRBP di dalam perusahaan.
3. Memberikan standardisasi kompetensi internasional yang merata atau seimbang di seluruh organisasi,
melalui penerapan ISO 41000 : 2015.

4. Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas seluruh fungsi organisasi dalam mendukung tujuan strategis
perusahaan dimasa depan
5. Menghilangkan/memperkecil resistensi di dalam organisasi pada saat melaksanakan kegiatan untuk
mencapai tujuan strategis
6. Menjadikan Human Resources untuk mampu menerima tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam memimpin
dan mengelola agenda bisnis melalui standardisasi management facility (ISO 41000 : 2015)
7. Menjadikan HRBP mampu mengidentifikasi dan mempersiapkan rencana pengembangan karyawan,
yang siap untuk dipromosikan dan/atau melakukan rolling atas talent terbaik di seluruh fungsi yang
berbeda dalam organisasi.
8. Menjadikan HRBP sebagai anggota tim manajemen yang aktif dalam mendukung peniingkatan
kemampuan yang seimmbang dan mengambil alih kepemimpinan apabila terjadi kekosongan pemimpin
yang bertindak sebagai fasilitator dalam tim manajemen.

Run Down Training
Program ini diselenggarakan selama 3 (tiga) hari @ 6 (enam) jam, dengan run down, sebagai berikut:
1. Pengenalan topic bahasan, selama 0.5 jam
2. Pendalaman topic bahasan, selama 1.5 jam
3. Pengenalan ISO 41000 : 2015 dan Strategy HRBP, selama 1.5 jam
4. Alignment HRBP dengan ISO 41000 : 2015 sebagai studi kasus, selama 1 jam
5. Simulasi membangun strategy HRBP untuk align dengan ISO, selama 1 jam
6. Evaluasi dan measurement, selama 0.5 jam

  • 1. 1 ALIGNMENT HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER WITH ISO 41000-2015 TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS ON GLOBALIZATION Background Dengan akan diberlakukannya secara seragam di seluruh dunia atas standardisasi internasional ISO 41000 : 2015 – Facility Management, maka Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) yang populer dalam organisasi saat ini, menjadi tidak relevan lagi, yang dikarenakan di dalam konsep HRBP, belum dimasukkannya suatu kondisi tentang persyaratan kemampuan untuk terjadinya pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkesinambungan, sebagaimana dimaksud di dalam ISO 41000 : 2015. Salah satu ketentuan standardisasi internasional di dalam ISO 41000 : 2015, berupa kompetensi di dalam HRBP untuk menjamin pertumbuhan bisnis secara berkesinambungan, belum tersirat dan tersurat di dalam role, tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai HRBP, sehingga bisnis yang dijalankan oleh fungsi HRBP belum memadai dalam memberikan kepastian pertumbuhan secara berkesinambungan. Overview Program Program “Alignment HRBP with ISO 41000 : 2015 to Achieve Business on Globalization merupakan program transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman dalam mengembangkan konsep HRBP yang akan diimplementasikan pada perusahaan (organisasi) dengan tujuan untuk memelihara dan menjamin kepastian bisnis akan mengalami pertumbuhan secara berkesinambungan dimasa depan. Program ini diselenggarakan melalui kegiatan tutor, diskusi, studi kasus dan simulasi untuk memberikan kemampuan melalui transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman, sehingga peserta dapat mengembangkan konsep HRBP yang kemudian mengimplementasikannya di dalam organisasi (perusahaan), sehingga pertumbuhan berkesinambungan berlangsung. Understanding Program “Alignment HRBP with ISO 41000 : 2015 to Achieve Business on Globalization” adalah program transformasi untuk mengembangkan konsep HRBP dengan melakukan eksplorasi terhadap fungsi, tujuan, tugas dan tanggung jawab HRBP sehingga selaras dengan ISO 41000 : 2015 – tentang Facility Management di dalam organisasi. Peserta akan diperkenalkan dengan konsep dasar ISO 41000 : 2015, dan melakukan eksplorasi terhadap fungsi, tujuan, tugas dan tanggung jawab HRBP, yang kemudian menyelaraskan HRBP dengan ISO 41000 : 2015, sehingga terjadinya kepastian pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkesinambungan di masa depan. Objective 1. Keselarasan HRBP dengan ISO 41000 : 2015 sebagai dasar jaminan pertumbuhan bisnis terjadi secara berkesinambungan dimasa depan 2. Sebagai jaminan visi, misi dan obyektifitas organisasi dapat tercapai melalui pengenalan dan implementasi hasil eksplorasi HRBP di dalam perusahaan. 3. Memberikan standardisasi kompetensi internasional yang merata atau seimbang di seluruh organisasi, melalui penerapan ISO 41000 : 2015.
  • 2. 2 4. Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas seluruh fungsi organisasi dalam mendukung tujuan strategis perusahaan dimasa depan 5. Menghilangkan/memperkecil resistensi di dalam organisasi pada saat melaksanakan kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan strategis 6. Menjadikan Human Resources untuk mampu menerima tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam memimpin dan mengelola agenda bisnis melalui standardisasi management facility (ISO 41000 : 2015) 7. Menjadikan HRBP mampu mengidentifikasi dan mempersiapkan rencana pengembangan karyawan, yang siap untuk dipromosikan dan/atau melakukan rolling atas talent terbaik di seluruh fungsi yang berbeda dalam organisasi. 8. Menjadikan HRBP sebagai anggota tim manajemen yang aktif dalam mendukung peniingkatan kemampuan yang seimmbang dan mengambil alih kepemimpinan apabila terjadi kekosongan pemimpin yang bertindak sebagai fasilitator dalam tim manajemen.
