Provided high-level fuel management leadership, supervising transfer of lubricants and fuel oil to two Alfa-Laval
fuel purifiers and one oil and water testing laboratory. Established and managed new safety operation
procedures. Served as an engineering systems expert training 20 engineers on new Electronic Shift Operations
Management System (ESOMS) Tag-Out System. Administered and tracked $5M in supplies and equipment.
Trained staff/mechanics on proper care and use of the equipment.
 Saved the Navy $1.2M in repairs to Boat Davit Crane by completing project in under 500 man-hours.
 Created and directed middle management leadership program that advanced 14 front line supervisors.
 Supervised the pressure testing of 20 fuel/lube oil system relief valves, bringing ship to full safety status.
