Manage the oil analysis program for 120+ pieces of heavy mining machinery consisting of; draglines,
shovels, excavators, track dozers, rubber tire dozers, graders, scrapers, loaders, drills, haul trucks, water
trucks, cranes, fuel/lube trucks, bulk diesel, and various bulk oil. Project manager for the installation,
troubleshooting, and reporting of the Liquid Automation System Fuel Management hardware and software.
Utilized the LAS system to gather information in regards to fuel economy and burn rates on Cummins
K2000, QSK50’s and 60’s, along with Detroit 16V4000 and 12V4000’s in order to help make business
decisions of engines bought. Managed the Wheel Motor Backlash inspections on the 4000 hour
preventative maintenance inspections, and failure analysis inspections on them. Installed over 15 kidney
loop setups on bulk fuel and lube stations; along with portable setups for hydraulic, and wheel motor
filtration. Assisted with the installation and utilization of Infrared Windows at the plant; where 60+
windows were installed. Helped in starting the Infrared, and UE program; routes, and analysis for the site
on both mobile and stationary equipment. Perform UT inspections on draglines, shovels, trucks, and
support equipment. Carefully track components and equipment for high hours, PM’s, and condition based
maintenance on Ellipse and eMesa. Perform and report failure analysis and defect elimination for the site to
asset management.
● Performed over 300+ failure analysis reports over 6 year time span; many of which through defect
elimination proved corrected though improved maintenance procedures, PM’s, and condition based
maintenance.
● Has reached a 90% or better equipment availability rate through improved maintenance practices,
a 10%-15% increase from recent years for 120+ pieces of heavy machinery.
● Managed the Hydrocarbon program for the entire site.
● Project manager for 7 capital projects for the site.

aircraft. Assessed completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance through; documents, materials, and
products and well as direct observation and evaluation of maintenance performance. Prepared status reports
comprised of production rates and progress, material inventories, expended materials, and key customer
information. Audited 6 maintenance centers and 13 programs bi-annually gauging compliance with
standards. Managed logs and records for 113 qualified maintenance personnel. Trained and qualified
