1. Contractor shall ensure that Medical emergency and disaster response (Medevac) procedures are
incorporated into their emergency response procedures (ERP) as a part of their CSSP Ref: CSAR 9.6 A

1. Contractor medical emergency and disaster call-out list shall be posted in the work site medical facility
(clinic). Each facility shall have at least one emergency response bag as specified in the MMSR manual. Ref:
CSAR 9.3 E
1. Contractor HCP shall provide all medical services required to operate the work site medical facility to include
emergency/disaster response planning and training. Ref: CSAR 9.3 f
1. Contractor’s Ambulance Movement Log to include False Alarms, Ambulance runs, and MEDEVACs. Ref: MMSR

2. Contractor medical facilities have a 24-hour emergency and key personnel telephone numbers available and
that it is properly displayed in the clinic to facilitate proper
/ timely response in the event of medical emergencies, disasters, transfers and Medivacs.
At a minimum the list includes the following telephone numbers:
1. Company Security Operations.
2. Saudi Aramco Security Operation.
3. Police.
4. Red Crescent.
5. Nearest healthcare facilities including MOH hospitals.
6. Company designated hospitals.
7. On-call company representative or alternate (construction Manager / Admin
Manager/Health or Safety Advisor).
8. First Aid Trained employees, list updated and displayed.
9. Evacuation group leader, where applicable. Ref: MMSR Figure 6-4
3. For Category/Level C (Nurse operated Facility), The contractor shall have an established medical support and
logistic network, e.g., a referral system for the duty nurse to immediately consult a physician for advice and
treatment as well as the capability to arrange an immediate transfer or MEDIVAC. Ref: MMSR Category /
