o Principal of 2 schools: a large school (Pre Primary to Plus Two): student strength 2500 plus, staff
strength 150 and an alternate school which practised inclusion of students with SLD

• Academics – Planning a lesson effectively: beyond rote and textbook, making skill-based
worksheets
• Soft skills – managing and leading change, being accountable and responsible for self
under all situations
• Balancing the various roles played by the teachers

• Training lay emotional counsellors, who would help people in emotional stress
• Trained new entrants of Infosys, Bangalore and Mysore, in English Communication
• Have been invited to address teachers, parents and students to conduct workshops on counselling,
study skills, dealing with emotional disturbances, parenting skills and managing change by various
educational institutions in Bangalore and Mysore, including Sophia School, High Point, Bangalore
• Have conducted workshops and training sessions, on soft skills and counselling, for teachers and
students of various institutions including National Law School University of India, Christ College,
Mount Carmel College, Bangalore
3. Research
Recently (Jan to Mar 2016) undertook a project on text book validation of Math text books for classes 1 to
5 – comparing a new publication with the NCERT and another private publication
Research Assistant, to Dr. Prannoy Roy – ICIM, India Today project - forecasting the various economic
indicators of the Indian economy.

o Enjoy traveling, solving cryptic crosswords, hard sudoku and reading about scriptures
