SUMMARY
Having 6 + years of relevant experience in India and Abroad in Petrochemical Plant,
Refinery, Gas plant, construction, commissioning and maintenance works as an ELECTRICAL
and INSTRUMENT QA/QC ENGINEER. I am fully conversant with the NEC International
Code and SABIC standard procedures. And I was successfully completed my Primavera latest
version P8.2.So I able to work as a E&I Planning Engineer too.
Profile
 Regular surveillance/inspection of construction and maintenance activities as per project
inspection and test plan.
 Assign and monitor respective duties of other QC inspectors
 Store and maintain all quality records.
 Coordinate with execution personnel about ongoing inspection issues.
 Regular reporting to QC Manager, on any major issues which require immediate action.
 Ensure proper implementation of ISO 9001.
 QC inspection for instrumentation system as per quality control procedure, c.
 Inspection of primary and secondary cable tray installation conduit installation instrument
installation impulse line, air line installation and pressure test, glanding
Termination meggering & continuity test junction box installation marshaling.
 Ensuring all instrument were installed & tested as per project quality procedure
 And project specification and prepare ITP forms
 Preparing RFI for Inspection to client for joint inspection of completed.
 All activities during the construction commissioning & maintenance of control cable
meggering and measuring earth resistance test. Ensuring all instrumentation were
installed and tested as per project quality procedure and project specification and
preparation of ITP forms for instrument installation and maintenance inspection.
 Coordination with pressure testing team of impulse lines and preparation of ITP forms
and Test Reports.
 To ensure that all inspection and test records are properly documented and made
available to the client on completion in accordance with contract requirements.
 Review of design, construction and maintenance related document conducting material
inspections.
 Conduct all instrument inspection as per Approved ITP.
 Prepare non-conformance with the customer’s representative to ensure good quality.
 Mechanical completion acceptance from execution and responsible for recording and
clearing all instrumentation punch list and documentation.
 Ensure that inspection are performed in a timely manner and recorded as per
specification and standard detail drawing ITP’s and QCP’s
 Witness of fire and gas loop checking, process loop check, instrument loop wiring
continuity, instrument loop folder release forms.
 Issuing material discrepancy reports for any deficiency.
 Issuing non-conformance report (NCR) for the discrepancies of works.
 Inform client representative by the official application of inspection and arrange the joint
inspection according to relevant ITP.
 Receive the execution RFI and determine execution works status i.e. check installation
conformity to project specification.
