INTRODUCTION
In simplest terms,vibration in motorized equip-ment is merely the back
and forth movement oscillation of machines and components, such as
drive motors ,drive devices (Pumps , com-pressors and so on) and the
bearings ,shafts Gears ,Belts and other elements that make up mechanical
system.
Vibration in industrial equipment can be both a sign and a source of
trouble . other time vibration just (goes with The Territory) as a normal
Part of machine operation and shoul not cause undye concern.
Most Vibrations are undesirable , But There are many instance where
vibrations are useful .

Data acquisition:
Is the method of sampling signals that amount real world physical
conditions and converting the resultant samples into digital numeric
values that can be manipulated by a computer? Data acquisition systems,
abbreviated by the acronyms DAS or DAQ, typically convert analog
waveforms into digital values for processing. The components of data
acquisition systems include:
1.Sensors, to convert physical parameters to electrical signals.
2.Signal conditioning circuitry, to convert sensor signals into a form that
can be converted to digital values.
3.Analog-to-digital converters, to convert conditioned sensor signals to
digital values.

DISCUSSION
In lab we talk about something, we talked about vibration definition first
we educated that vibration is important topic in life, we need it to solve
machines problem, aircraft etc......We can measure vibration by hardware
devices. By accelerometer, data acquisition and display to read this
measurement and solve it we use software way by lab pulse program.
Accelerometer have too much kinds, we have two kinds in our lab (4507)
it uses magnetic to hold in place (4513)its use glue, no different to
measure vibration. Data acquisition get vibration measurement in
accelerometer by 5 input to one output to display, lastly pulse lab shop we
talked about it.
