ZERO breakdown and losses to make factory for future.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Nestle India Ltd. and vast practice in Operational Excellence
(OPEX). Support for Creating a Culture by being a Focused Improvement Pillar in Nestle India which supports

• Initiator of TPM implementation in ponda and working towards phase-1 clearance. Leader of AM pillar and

• Ensure high standard of product quality, safety and compliance with food regulation viz. FSSAI, Codex etc. Ensure
full implementation and practice of Nestec guidelines and manufacturing and operations instruction of Nestle.
• Individually lead in the management of manufacturing line, labor, material and energy standards for budget. Review
and analyze variance and set improvement priorities. Ensure optimum capacity utilization of lines and assets.
• Competency building in cross-functional departments to lead the change management to ensure 100% engagement,
0 waste & 1 team approach which is critical to foster in building the Nestle Continuous Excellence culture in the
unit. Responsible for planning & budgeting standards and handling troubleshooting for line capacities, efficiency,
performance, variances
• Training the entire factory staff on periodic basis for technical and managerial subjects like Tempering, Bakery,
Chocolate manufacture from Cocoa, Enrobing, Moulding, Sugar boiled confectionary, Process troubleshooting in
entire factory, HACCP etc.
• Training on Safety related topics like Environment Management System, Health Identification and Risk Management,
