and analyze variance and set improvement priorities. Ensure optimum capacity utilization of lines and assets.
• Competency building in cross-functional departments to lead the change management to ensure 100% engagement,
0 waste & 1 team approach which is critical to foster in building the Nestle Continuous Excellence culture in the
