● Analysis of all raw material & packaging material
● Analysis of parameters -OG,AE,colour ,bitterness, alcohol, PH,foreign gas ,total air, SO2,calcium,Foam,fill
volume, Dissolved oxygen,CO 2
● Handling of customer complaint
● Conducting internal audit of FSMS (22000-2005) and report to QAM and prepare action plan on NC and closed
● Responsible for keeping all technical documents required for audits.
● HARA analysis (100 % compliance).
● DO mapping.
● Monitoring critical control points in bottling
● Instrument calibration & record keeping
● maintaining safety culture in lab
● Pest control monitoring
● Analyze and control filler operation on CIP frequency, hot water jetter, crimping and vacuum pump pressure,
CIP sample micro
Also Unitank, fermenter, yeast vessel, BBT analysis
● Analyze and control the operations of labeling machine on proper label alignment, proper usage of label
gauge by operator.
● Bottle washer caustic analysis.
● Reduce break down of lab equipment’s through proper handling
● Weekly sighter training for sightseers in bottling and sighter validation.
● Co-ordinate and conduct sensory analysis .Ensure daily sensory analysis of all Batches including WTP as per
frequency and independently Conduct Regional tasting /sensory session

● Control lab chemical budget to maintain the COP

 Responsible for supervising an assigned shift and the distribution activities like SAP report, Monthly report,
calibration FPR, Safety, GMP, & GLP, Food Safety, Plant Hygiene, Validation & Verification.

new and current employees, Chemist & Lab Assistant allocation and/or planning, directing activities, and safety
initiatives. Will support the QA Manager and fill in when needed.

basic quality philosophies of doing things right the first time, resulting in an 19 % reduction in Packaging DPMO
with the help of KAIZEN project Implementation.

FSMS project and Certified ISO 22000:2005 by TUV NORD in 2014.
