2.  Causative organism – Virus
 Symptoms – Diarrhea, vomiting, convulsions. Purple
coloured skin of ears, neck, and abdomen.
 Prevention – Vaccination, bury the dead animals.
 Treatment – Antibiotics to prevent secondary infection.
 Others – Spreads through direct and indirect contact.

 Others – Spreads through direct and indirect contact.

 Symptoms – Anemia, diarrhea, slow growth, coughing.
 Prevention – Deworm the animals once in 3 months.
 Treatment – Deworming drugs.
 Others – Spreads through direct and indirect contact and
from infected dung.

inflammation of skin, falling hair and moist open wound.
 Prevention – Ivermectin.
 Treatment – Benzyl benzoate and Ivermectin.
