3.  Causative organism – Haemophilus paragalinarum
 Symptoms – Respiratory system affected – Swelling
around the face, foul smelling, thick and sticky discharge
from the nostrils and eyes, labored breathing and rales.
 Treatment and Prevention – Vaccination, biosecurity
measures, Antibiotic therapy.
 Transmission – Bird to bird contact or air borne.
