Mr. Rajesh Raval has 13+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petroleum refinery and

• The Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering were carried out by ‘ABB
Lummus’, Switzerland for base refinery units and ‘UOP Honeywell’ and Technip
for Petrochemical plants and Project consultants were EIL and TCE.
• Responsibilities included: –
• Detailed field Engineering activities and supervision of Erection & Commissioning
activities for all above mentioned ISBL units of ‘Essar Oil Petroleum Refinery’.

submitted by ABB Lummus, Technip, such as P&I Diagrams, Instrument Index,
I/O List, Instrument Specifications, design datasheets, JB Schedule, Cable

Hookup diagrams, BOQ, DCS/ESD system design, Foundation Fieldbus
segment wiring drawings, Marshaling cable schedule, Sizing Calculations for

BOQ for bulk materials. Review the project plans, job contracts, field conditions
and the construction drawings & co-ordination with Engineering Dept.
Review/preparation of site Quality assurance plans and Quality checks as per
QAP, engineering drawings, codes, standards and good engineering practices.
Review control system configuration and coordinate activities related to
DCS/ESD system based on Yokogawa and ABB systems .Supervision of all type
