• Organisatinal design is the process of aligning the structure of an
organisation with its objectives , with the ultimate aim of improving
efficiency and effectiveness .
• Organisational design is a sequential method of identifying the
performing expects and liabilities in a system,so that they can be
realigned as per the needs of the company , Such as current goals and
implementing new business challenges .
