Knowing oneself can help a person accept their strengths and limitations and interact better with others in three key ways:
1) It allows you to understand your capabilities and areas you excel in.
2) It helps you recognize your limitations and what you are able to handle.
3) Accepting your true self, regardless of what others say, enables you to perform to the best of your abilities.
