Job Description:Safe Delivery Specialist
To safely and courteously deliver the order to the customer’s door.
Primary Responsibilities
1) Project a positive image to the customer.
2) Drive safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws.
3) Call times “out of the door” / to the customer door.
4) Wear full uniform at all times and protective clothing when required.
5)Be polite and courteous at all times.
6) Know the delivery area.
7) ‘Make a cash drop’ after each delivery.
8) Make accurate cash transactions.
9) Smart Hustle.
10)Keep vehicles clean and in a safe, well maintained condition.
11)To be able to read a map
12)Complete vehicle checklist at the beginning of every shift.
13)Impress every customer.
14) Ability to handle customer concerns.
15)Display a spirit of co-operation, teamwork and Hustle.
16) To immediately inform your manager of any problems.
17) To assist with in-store jobs when available to do so (eg. answer
phones/foldboxes).
18)To prepare food for the make-line and assist in re-stocking.
19) Other related duties as required e.g. leafleting and cleaning.

Supervisor
Delivery routing is an important aspect of our business,
getting it right can mean the difference between an
excellent piping hot and or a disappointing lukewarm
product for customers. As a routing supervisor it will be
your responsibility to ensure drivers are loaded quickly
and efficiently and know everything they need to know.
Required Experience
No previous experience required because full training
will be provided.
Job Description : Store
Manager
• Domino's pizza managers must be experts at multi-tasking.
There are many duties associated with this job, and the
manager should be comfortable with taking on many roles at
the same time. Experience in many areas is necessary for
success in this job.
• Hiring and firing
– A Domino's manager is in charge of interviewing and hiring all
employees in his particular store. He will also be the person firing
any team members, if need be.
• Scheduling and labor
– The manager must create a weekly schedule for the store. She has
to take into account every team member's availability, as well as
keeping the schedule within the store's given labor percentages.
• Training
– A manager is in charge of training every team member in his store. All team members
must be familiar with the accepted ways of making the products and using the
equipment, and the manager has to make sure that they know this information. He is
also charged with training supervisors to run shifts at his store.
• Cooking
– A Domino's manager must run every station in her store. She must be able to make
dough, make pizzas, run the oven, cut and box products, and be in charge of total
quality control for all food that is served.
• Safety
– A manager is in charge of all safety issues in his store. Food safety is very important, and
all team members must be taught all safe food preparation methods. The manager must
also teach equipment safety for all machinery in the store.
• Financial
– A manager must keep tight controls on all financial aspects of her store. She is in charge
of labor control, product cost controls and waste control. Damage, theft and shortages
are also her responsibility.

the earlier pledge but stopping short of
promising delivery in a half hour.

Free" guarantee for orders placed in its stores
situated in India.

• They train all their staff in food safety from the day they begin and give them regular retraining
• Their staff wear hairnets and gloves whenever they prepare food
• They wash their hands with soap and sanitiser as often as possible and they never handle food without washing
their hands first
• Every Domino's store has at least one accredited food safety supervisor
• Their stores are audited regularly by the council and food safety auditors to ensure that food safety in our
stores remains at a high standard. This also ensures that our stores are as clean as they can possibly be and that
we are delivering high quality safe food to our customers day in and day out.
Suggestions
• India is a multicultural, multi religion country. Everybody love to eat pizza but its vary sad to
know that Dominos serves Pork in its Nonveg flavours. Muslim will not eat the Nonveg pizza
if he knows this fact. Dominos servers the Halal Meat in their servings but if you are serving
the Pork then there is no sense of Halal and a community can’t have the taste of your
NonVeg.
If they remove the pork from their servings and use halal meat then I bet your sell will go
much higher.
• They should make use of both the meat or clearly mention that the meat used is halal . This
will surely help people make informed decisions and will increase the GOODWILL of the
Dominos…hence the sale.
• The 3 Cheeze pizza itself- The Pizza has very very less cheese and does not look like what is
on posters and ads. It was as good as a normal pizza. I had pretty much expectations on the 3
Cheeze Pizza & They should add something & make sure that whatever they are showing in
the posters they are delivering the same thing.
• Dominos online order process -Sorry, requested store is not available currently for online
ordering.” If there is an online ordering procedure, then the store should be available online
everytime.
• Most of the times it is overly crowded, there should be more tables &chairs for the sitting
arrangement & proper management should be there, which will help them to increase profit.
• Eco – Unfriendly dominos- online coupons that any customer receive they need to print those
coupons first to avail the offer. The world is becoming ecofriendly but dominos is moving in
the opposite direction.

It was as good as a normal pizza.
