Job Description:
Training
- Responsible for the Training and Development program of the company by
planning and arranging required trainings for rig employees under approval from
Rig managers.
- Advise Rig Mangers on training for Rig crew. Guarantee appropriate training for
individuals against Company and Clients requirements for their roles that they are
performing.
- Advise Rig Managers on new training policies and the following adaptations.
- Closely monitor and keep track on Rig crew training certificates. Ensure that the
Training Observing system stay up-to-date with them.
- Weekly report to Rig manager on how training is going by doing statistics and
providing the percentage of completed training over the outstanding.
- Assist crew in the necessity that follows training such as air and ground
transportations, accommodations, visa and immigration.

Crew Change – Related Administration
- Engage in weekly and ad-hoc crew change by working in a team to book and
reserve seats on crew change choppers .
- Assist offshore crew with travel-related documents and procedures such as visa
application, visa extension, air ticket, ground transportation and accommodations.
- Keep track of offshore crew stay for tax purpose.
- Monitor personnel transfer in and out of the rigs, keep it consistent with the human
resource management system.
- Liaise with clients and logistics team for transfer and dispatch materials via
chopper and supply boat when needed.
- Deal with various issues coming up during crew change events.
Training, Crew change – Related and Office Procurement
- Contact training vendors, office supplies vendors and hotels for needed services,
office utilities.
- Enquire and negotiate with vendors for the best price and services to the company.
- Work with finance and purchase dept to prepare contract, raise PO following the
agreement to the services and gain rig manager’s approval.
