Equipment Availability & Utilization
· Ensure that Department personnel are fully compliant with PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills OHS&E Policies, that
all equipment used for business unit is “fit for purpose”. Actively encourage subordinates to seek potential
Safety hazards within the divisional area, that Department personnel to Compliance with all applicable
Health, Safety and Environmental Laws, Regulations and Statutory obligations at all times

hazards within the work area
· Ensure crews comply with all applicable Indonesian health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and
statutory obligations at all times.
· Monitor that all working activities are executed in accordance with contract specifications and customer’s
requirements & Control operating cost within budget thru target production.
· Maximize profitability to satisfy Business Unit financial goals by Managing Cranes PTSI and sub contractor
cost issues, Review of all incoming & outgoing invoices, actively pursue client progress payments.
· Monitor project costs and provide Manager with trend analysis and ensure the contract works are executed
in accordance with the specifications of the construction documents, Monitor progress on works to ensure
information is available for reporting as required to the General Manager.

PTSI service delivery to client with optimal satisfaction from client
