- Experience of working in Onshore Desert Operations.
- Experience in implementing many highly deviated wells.
- Arrange and conduct Technical Limit workshops and Rig Crew training on site.
- Experience with drilling software programs such as EDM, DIMs, Compass, openwells, etc.

- Responsible for the day-to-day on site planning and execution of drilling, activities, maintaining maximum
HSE and operational efficiency, at maximum value in terms of cost versus benefits during the Shift.
- Supervises the execution of drilling, and testing activities during the shift. Provide continuous, accurate
and reliable information to the well delivery team members on any aspect of the operation.
- Supervises the drilling contractor and service personnel during the shift to ensure all work performed
conforms to safety, quality and highest value requirements and in accordance with the well program
- Checking rig procedure for safety & policy applying rig contract with my company in performance
- Oversees the onsite work performed by contractors and service personnel associated with drilling and
completion operations to ensure proper implementation of the drilling plan.

- Coordinates the logistics of material, equipment and personnel utilized in field operations to ensure timely
and effective operations.
- Communicates and coordinates with Superintendent and Engineer on any revisions to project plans,
procedure or operations.
- Supervise the service contractors/sub-contractors working for the company.
- Inspects and checks drilling rig, equipment, material stock, and work performance of on-board crew, and
instructs service contractors repair and maintenance activities on the rig.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g. production) to discuss and schedule concurrent operations.
- Check and sign job tickets (not invoices) from service contractors.
- Prepares well operations procedures e.g. Casing running and cementing.
- Supervise execution of CT job on the well site using rig assist.
- Cost estimating and cost control for wells activities.

- Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with all HSE standards and regulations.
- Maximize the rig team performance by building an enabling environment where everyone has the
freedom to contribute, challenge and participate.
- Operational success of all operations on the rig; drilling, testing, completion, workover, rig moves etc.

University – USA.
