3. Some events I had run
so far…
as an Academic Supervisor and an event-passioner
4. Facebook group: INS English XUYEN MOC
• Taking up, administering, and operateing the center’s
official Facebook group: INS English Xuyen Moc.
https://bit.ly/38A4xGC
• Making plans to "revitalize" the group by using hashtags (the
core one: #learningwithINS) to organize posts, dividing them by
topics and content, all supported the goal of creating a
competitive playground that interests students.
• Having a post reaching more than 1K comments.
• Achieving an impressive growth of nearly 1000% within 01 month,
making “INS English Xuyen Moc” the most active group out of the total
of 9 official groups in the whole system.
• Being invited by the Head Supervisor to make a share at the
monthly Center Managers – Acedemic Supervisors meeting on
how to run and develop a Facebook group.
6. Best Buddies Contest
2020
• A system-wide event for attracting newcomers or visitors to each center.
• INS Xuyen Moc was the best performing center, attracting more
than 550 visitors and contributing 55,5% out of the overall
system target (Target for 9 centers: 1000 visitors). That was an
incredible achievement, thanks to our self-marketing strategy,
which I spearheaded (Facebook post, Tiktok post, visualize
products for online platforms).
• “Thanks to INS Xuyen Moc, We were able to
approach the target so quickly. Your numbers
of visitors really surprised me!” – Mr. Nguyen
Hong Phuc, Marketing Dept. Manager,
INTERLINK Education.
7. Children’s day
June 1st 2020
https://bit.ly/3kTdvS2
At the time, this event was not considered a
"must." We only had a modest budget to
spend on candy and inexpensive gifts for
our young students. That, however, would
be tedious!
Instead, I prepared a little gathering and
play time for the kids at INS Xuyen Moc so
they may have a great Children's Day! And
it did! The students loved it!
8. Smart choice Outdoor
https://bit.ly/3werdEf
A center-self-run event only happened as we have a great team
with great passion. We made it an outing event instead of a simple
indoor one like what other centers in our system did, and it turned
out awesome. The students really enjoyed it! We had a super fun
day with beautiful memories.
• Receiving great feedback from parents and students.
Parents were pleased that their kids got the modern studying
environment that matched the money they had paid. Most of
the students and their parents agreed to pay for the next 6-
month period to continue studying at INS Xuyen Moc.
• Having good evaluation from the Center Manager. She was
surprised we made it that creative. The other 8 centers in our
system received the requirement from the Marketing Dept.
too, but only us made it an outing one, the rest just had a
small party in the classroom.
• Getting lots of attention from people as the event happened
outside in a public park.
10. Halloween
https://bit.ly/3FwAwns
https://bit.ly/3vV7udN
I created ideas, storyboards, and checklists for
this annual festival based on the brief provided by
the Marketing Department.
Our Center Manager at that time, Mr. Dean (the one
wearing a pirate hat in the next image), was in charge of 2
centers: INS Xuyen Moc and INS Phuoc Hung. He gave
me complete authority to hold and lead this event while
he had to run the same one at INS Phuoc Hung because he
knew I had experience and competence in running events
like this.
With many game booths, class performances, snack corners, and
some entertaining team games, the event went off without a
hitch.
I'm pleased we had a lot of fun together during those Halloween
days.
12. INS Festival 2020
https://bit.ly/3FqWzvw
• The INS Festival is a customary annual event in which
students engage in their courses by setting up food
booths, giving short presentations, and performing
singing or dance. During the festival, they can also
enjoy the center's game booths, sample food and drink
from other classes' food booths, and experience the
beat of spectacular performances.
• And that was what I did! Making plans, submitting
proposals to the Center Manager, allocating
workload, and running and supervising the event all
at the same time.
Unfortunately, I’ve lost most of the images and videos
from that day, but you can be sure that it was run
smoothly.
13. Mid-Autumn Festival
2019
https://bit.ly/3FwDTuC https://bit.ly/3MYA8Al
• My very first event, which I planned,
directed, organized, and supervised.
• Blowing a fresh breeze to the aesthetic of the center. The
activities piqued the curiosity of all students and staff,
particularly the Wallpaper Gallery week, which was held
exclusively at INS Xuyen Moc.
• Promoting the center’s
brandname to the target
local customers via a
Facebook photo shooting
challenge.
• Increasing the number of
visitors to the center.
14. I know those events pale in comparison to what our does, but I hope
they demonstrate my enthusiasm as well as my potential of being
an Event planner and organizer to you. I hope you have had a little
interesting time viewing it.
THANK YOU FOR SPENDING YOUR PRECIOUS TIME
CHECKING THIS OUT!
