I- Representation as program manager
1. He represents MHSS at the donor office in replacement of MHSS Executive Director
or in any case that his presence is requested by the latter.
2. He is particularly responsible for liaising with the PAO Team and MHSS and
ensuring a smooth sharing of information between the two.
