  4. 4. What did we develop ? The Studycoach, an open website with support and self service tools for prospects and students
  5. 5. WHY ? It was NOT a noble issue, it was a first aid kit to prevent more accidents
  6. 6. STUDENTS DIDN’T LIKE THE FIRST STUDY EXPERIENCE WITH THE OU. THEY WANTED MORE INTERACTION AND GUIDANCE, BUT THAT BUDGET WAS REDUCED !!!! The dropout percentage was very high
  7. 7. What can we do ? How can we still support the students ?
  8. 8. We had to change, but….. How are we going to do that?
