As I have realized after a good level of study that the ORGANIZATION that deals in the
Education sector, whether it should be an independent (PLAYGROUP to JUNIOR or to
HIGH SCHOOL Level) or a FRANCHISEE of a registered Body (Under any Reputed
Educational Society).
But when it comes to make available the “most genuine” and the “Best Education” to the
Common Society in which we are living and we thing that our Organization should also be

An Academic Project Coordinator (APC) is “by nature and qualifications”, a real TEACHER
or ADMINISTRATOR who volunteered on behalf of the SCHOOLS to ensure that the Field
Experience is conducted in accordance with the TENETS of Junior or Higher Secondary
Schools.
As an Academic Project Coordinator, he should play a Key Role in making the schools
programs successful. He is also to be held responsible for driving the programs and
ensuring that it is integrated into the wider practice of the school.
Academic Project Coordinator will be the member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Project Coordinator plays a key leadership role in welcoming and supporting Student
Teachers, meeting with Student Teachers and Mentor Teachers. The Project Coordinator’s
role includes:
ī‚ˇ Developing a creative learning community across the school.
ī‚ˇ To have knowledge, understanding, and enthusiasm for creative teaching and
learning as a key to raising achievement, aspiration, and motivation.
ī‚ˇ To build a community of creative learning practice across the school, involving all
departments as appropriate.
ī‚ˇ To involve parents, Governors and other members of the community extensively
throughout the program.
ī‚ˇ To develop, through dialogue with the wider school community, an inquiry-based
approach which addresses a range of issues relevant to the broader developmental
needs of the school and its learners and is linked to the school improvement plan.
ī‚ˇ To facilitate the long-term development of creative teaching and learning at a
structural and systemic level, using the Creative School Development Framework
and other resources.
ī‚ˇ To establish a Creative Partnerships program plan on an annual basis, linked to the
Creative School Development Framework self-assessment process Program and
project management.
ī‚ˇ To act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the school’s vision for creative
learning into practical implementation.
ī‚ˇ To ensure that children and young people play a meaningful and active role in
learning that can truly reflect their interests, needs, and enthusiasms.

extensively across the school community and ensuring roles and responsibilities are
understood clearly by all.

the safeguarding of children and young people.

program, attending Creative Partnerships networking meetings as appropriate Time
requirements.
ī‚ˇ School Coordinators will be expected to be released from other duties in order to
ensure this role is allocated sufficient time to attend planning, evaluation and
networking meetings.
ī‚ˇ Assisting with identifying and recruiting potential Mentor Teachers.
ī‚ˇ Coordinating Field Experience information and submitting information to the Field
experiences staff.
ī‚ˇ Coordinating in-school placement arrangements.
ī‚ˇ Coordinating the arrival of Student Teachers and orientating them to the school
environment, staff and students.
ī‚ˇ Communicating on a weekly basis with the University Facilitator or Field Experience
Associate.
ī‚ˇ Facilitating the inter-classroom observations.
ī‚ˇ Facilitating and monitoring the Whole School Project requirement.
ī‚ˇ Facilitating Mentor Teacher cohort meetings.
ī‚ˇ Participating in and/or facilitating the Student Teacher weekly cohort meetings with
the University Facilitator.
ī‚ˇ Providing leadership in the ongoing development of the Collaborative Schools Model
principles.
ī‚ˇ Organize students into teams.
ī‚ˇ Establish coaches for each team. Teams cannot be formed without coaches.
ī‚ˇ Act as liaison between parents, coaches, students, administrators, and teachers.
ī‚ˇ Meet with the coaches as a group to answer questions about team progress (or lack
of) and to answer any other questions.
ī‚ˇ Help coaches with required paperwork.
ī‚ˇ Provide many materials (spontaneous books, videos, handbooks).
ī‚ˇ Help find required judges and workers for the regional tournament.
ī‚ˇ Resister teams with the state and international organization.
ī‚ˇ Be available by phone or e-mail almost any hour of the day or night (only a slight
exaggeration) to help solve any problems you may be having.

As the Academic Project Coordinators need to bring a CREATIVE and Analytical
Approach to this position. Therefore, I am offering you my basic characteristics, such as, I

sense of 3D Audio-Visual ACADEMIC Course Curriculum STUDY purpose in the
CLASSROOM and educated the Computer Science Students (as per ICSE, ISC,
CBSE with alignment of NCERT) to develop the proper steps of “Logical Reasoning”
that could be UTILIZED at the time of Program Logic Designing Process.
ī‚ˇ Providing the students an OUTSTANDING 3D Audio-Visual ACADEMIC Course
Curriculum as well as the TECHNICAL education, by making its contents into 3D
Audio-Visual DEMONSTRATION, whereby, the teaching across a wide-range of
course stuffs of the School Curriculum Study Materials (what are prescribed in their
Syllabus of the year), became more INTERESTING and attention drawing to the
Students , even for those students who are not feeling easy or becoming more hesitant
to attuned their difficult SUBJECT in their regular classes in the School.
ī‚ˇ Provided on time Guidance properly to the class students for preparing their Software /
Project-making / Quality Circles and supported them for their Total Quality Management
in their Academic Curricular Activities those were used to happen time to time.
ī‚ˇ High level of contribution bestowed towards the spreading of the 3D Audio-Visual
ACADEMIC Course Curriculum Implementation in Educational Organization through
IMPARTING well designed FORMATIVE and SUMMATIVE lessons of the SUBJECT
for the Teachers to TEACH and Students to LEARN.
ī‚ˇ Organized the IN-N-OUT-HOUSE SHOWS for the students of class X (ICSE)
CURRICULUM and MADE their Computer Application (using BlueJ ID) of Java
Programming Language EASY and INTUITIVE through 3D Audio-Visual ACADEMIC
Course Curriculum, which caused a high and up-going CURVATURE in learning
attitude of the Students in their Practical as well as the theoretical Examination.
ī‚ˇ Reporting to the trust Committee CHAIRMAN (VP) & PRINICIPAL and held

  • 3. ī‚ˇ School Coordinators will be expected to be released from other duties in order to ensure this role is allocated sufficient time to attend planning, evaluation and networking meetings. ī‚ˇ Assisting with identifying and recruiting potential Mentor Teachers. ī‚ˇ Coordinating Field Experience information and submitting information to the Field experiences staff. ī‚ˇ Coordinating in-school placement arrangements. ī‚ˇ Coordinating the arrival of Student Teachers and orientating them to the school environment, staff and students. ī‚ˇ Communicating on a weekly basis with the University Facilitator or Field Experience Associate. ī‚ˇ Facilitating the inter-classroom observations. ī‚ˇ Facilitating and monitoring the Whole School Project requirement. ī‚ˇ Facilitating Mentor Teacher cohort meetings. ī‚ˇ Participating in and/or facilitating the Student Teacher weekly cohort meetings with the University Facilitator. ī‚ˇ Providing leadership in the ongoing development of the Collaborative Schools Model principles. ī‚ˇ Organize students into teams. ī‚ˇ Establish coaches for each team. Teams cannot be formed without coaches. ī‚ˇ Act as liaison between parents, coaches, students, administrators, and teachers. ī‚ˇ Meet with the coaches as a group to answer questions about team progress (or lack of) and to answer any other questions. ī‚ˇ Help coaches with required paperwork. ī‚ˇ Provide many materials (spontaneous books, videos, handbooks). ī‚ˇ Help find required judges and workers for the regional tournament. ī‚ˇ Resister teams with the state and international organization. ī‚ˇ Be available by phone or e-mail almost any hour of the day or night (only a slight exaggeration) to help solve any problems you may be having. ī‚ˇ Organize dress rehearsal the week school programs.
