IT Multi Plant Coordinator: Adient is formerly Johnson Controls: Yanfeng Interiors is a division of Adient.
Reports to CI Manager and performs IT technical support, plus provides senior level technical and on call support,
for two manufacturing plants. Interiors plants: IT interfaces with engineers to support injection molding and
vacuum forming of interiors. Submits requisitions towards IT Purchases. Directed to populate data for ITPM.
Manufacturing Facilities: Two plants supporting GM, Ford and Chrysler Tier One and Tier 2 contracts.
IT Infrastructure: HP MS servers and Cisco switch and wireless, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, MS Office 365
cloud Outlook, Skype for Business environment. Systems include Microsoft Server 2008/2012 and SQL Server
2005 back end of POTS and COTS applications. Use Dameware Remote Desktop to support users and servers.

IT Infrastructure Manager: Manages and performs IT technical Infrastructure, plus provides senior level
technical and on call support, for five manufacturing plants. Member of management team attending weekly
meetings representing IT, reporting to the Director of IT. Submit requisitions towards IT Purchases and Budget.
Oversees Cisco VOIP phones. Performs Visual Basic, Batch File scripting for internal support situations.
MS Server 2012 Projects: Reviewed purchase and procured new MS Server 2012 Hardware install for remote
site. Later, assisted in setup of Insequence licensed software. Setup included software functionality on server in
conjunction with hand held Workabout Pro4 Windows CE scanners. Scanner baseline setup, and software setup
using Windows RDP Profiles from server. I have established FTP and EDI transactions to and from vendors, and
coordinated with Insequence software to establish receipt of files.
Manufacturing Facilities: Five facilities are JIT, Sequencing and Cross-Dock environments. Currently a
migration from another company’s infrastructure to a new domain infrastructure is in process. I enabled Cloud
Exchange forwarders and DNS forwarding. I have installed new HP servers and APC 3000 UPS’s, troubleshot a
variety of hardware and software issues, and gathered infrastructure data.
IT Infrastructure: Procured HP MS servers and Cisco switch and wireless, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, MS

Manages IT Team performing SAP and Active Directory password resets and SAP connectivity issues, and team
per shift generated SAP EDI Error reports.
VM Ware MS Server 2012 Project: New VMWare server hardware deployed with MS server 2012, with
upgrades to Torque Gun revisions, PLCs. Includes Cisco switch migrations of 2 old IDFs to 2960 “S” and “X”
models, the MDF similarly stacked, and the installation of new Cisco 3800s patched into the VM Server. In
addition, migration to Avamar cloud backup from CA Arcserve version 15.
Manufacturing Facilities: Three plants campus totaling one mil. Sq. ft. Manufacturing facility. We used cold
rolled steel, inventoried in a database and we maintained a cut and etch lab to observe metal quality. The site

Allen Bradly press PCs and press thin clients back flushed to SAP, and numerous related IP devices. Operations
