HISTORY
October 2016 to Current Yanfeng, Monroe, MI
IT Multi Plant Coordinator: Adient is formerly Johnson Controls: Yanfeng Interiors is a division of Adient.
Reports to CI Manager and performs IT technical support, plus provides senior level technical and on call support,
for two manufacturing plants. Interiors plants: IT interfaces with engineers to support injection molding and
vacuum forming of interiors. Submits requisitions towards IT Purchases. Directed to populate data for ITPM.
Manufacturing Facilities: Two plants supporting GM, Ford and Chrysler Tier One and Tier 2 contracts.
IT Infrastructure: HP MS servers and Cisco switch and wireless, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, MS Office 365
cloud Outlook, Skype for Business environment. Systems include Microsoft Server 2008/2012 and SQL Server
2005 back end of POTS and COTS applications. Use Dameware Remote Desktop to support users and servers.
Populate Disaster Recovery data for the environment for systems access, Cisco switch and wireless Access Points,
and for WAN circuit and LAN. Coordinates with support techs to resolve multi-site issues.
May 2016 to August 2016 AEL Span, Belleville, MI
IT Infrastructure Manager: Manages and performs IT technical Infrastructure, plus provides senior level
technical and on call support, for five manufacturing plants. Member of management team attending weekly
meetings representing IT, reporting to the Director of IT. Submit requisitions towards IT Purchases and Budget.
Oversees Cisco VOIP phones. Performs Visual Basic, Batch File scripting for internal support situations.
MS Server 2012 Projects: Reviewed purchase and procured new MS Server 2012 Hardware install for remote
site. Later, assisted in setup of Insequence licensed software. Setup included software functionality on server in
conjunction with hand held Workabout Pro4 Windows CE scanners. Scanner baseline setup, and software setup
using Windows RDP Profiles from server. I have established FTP and EDI transactions to and from vendors, and
coordinated with Insequence software to establish receipt of files.
Manufacturing Facilities: Five facilities are JIT, Sequencing and Cross-Dock environments. Currently a
migration from another company’s infrastructure to a new domain infrastructure is in process. I enabled Cloud
Exchange forwarders and DNS forwarding. I have installed new HP servers and APC 3000 UPS’s, troubleshot a
variety of hardware and software issues, and gathered infrastructure data.
IT Infrastructure: Procured HP MS servers and Cisco switch and wireless, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, MS
Office 365 client and cloud Outlook, Skype for Business environment. Systems include Microsoft Server
2008/2012 and SQL Server 2005 back end of POTS and COTS applications. Use TeamViewer, MS Remote
Desktop to support HP and Dell Servers, IBM Desktops, and Laptops. Manage SysPrep, Acronis imaging of IBM
PCs, laptops. Microsoft Office 365 Client email support for two domains, for AEL sites while breaking the
domain into one company domain. Support production label printing and bar code scanners. Populate Disaster
Recovery data for the environment for systems access, Cisco switch and wireless Access Points, and for WAN
circuit and LAN. Coordinates with local part-time support techs to resolve multi-site issues.
IT Systems Security: Report to IT Director for documentation, policies and procedures. Populate domain data for
systems information and access.

technical and on call support, for three metals manufacturing plants operating 24/7. Member of management team
attending weekly meetings representing IT. Perform administrative reporting to Plant Manager and to corporate
Director, also financial and SOX reporting. Submit PARs and Requisitions to direct the yearly budget over
500,000. Created and maintains a team project list, along with Heat as the corporate ticket solution. Oversees the
Mitel VOIP phone systems and cell phone budgets. Performs financial GL, AP, AR SQL queries for auditing and
monthly data extractions. Performs Visual Basic, Batch File scripting for internal support situations. Performed
Inventory in association with management team, to less than 1% variance during recent inventory.
SAP Project: IT Lead for SAP migration extracting Trans4M ERP system user and rights data, guided non-IT
local personal with assistance, and crucial IT source for installation and configuration of wireless hand-held
Symbol 9090 Shipping and Receiving scanners. Includes bridging the AS400 system to SAP, where shop floor
thin clients and scanners data is back flushed, bridging from an MS SQL server to SAP. Management lead in
coordination with Materials department to perform plant inventories in previous Trans4m ERP and the new SAP.
Manages IT Team performing SAP and Active Directory password resets and SAP connectivity issues, and team
per shift generated SAP EDI Error reports.
VM Ware MS Server 2012 Project: New VMWare server hardware deployed with MS server 2012, with
upgrades to Torque Gun revisions, PLCs. Includes Cisco switch migrations of 2 old IDFs to 2960 “S” and “X”
models, the MDF similarly stacked, and the installation of new Cisco 3800s patched into the VM Server. In
addition, migration to Avamar cloud backup from CA Arcserve version 15.
Manufacturing Facilities: Three plants campus totaling one mil. Sq. ft. Manufacturing facility. We used cold
rolled steel, inventoried in a database and we maintained a cut and etch lab to observe metal quality. The site
Included Robotic laser and Mig welders with IT Support to Weld PCs, Thin Clients, label printers, and PLCs.
Allen Bradly press PCs and press thin clients back flushed to SAP, and numerous related IP devices. Operations
include two assembly lines for seat assembly in Tier 2 logistics operation as vendor to Magna/Chrysler,
Mercedes, and BMW. Also, support of Quality for Cut and Etch PCs, destruct data PCs, homegrown
spreadsheets, and a full paint line.
IT Infrastructure: Six HP ProLiant MS servers and a Nagios Linux IP monitoring server, with Cisco switch and
wireless, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, MS Office 2007/Office 365, Skype for Business environment. Systems
include Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012 and SQL Server 2005 back end of POTS and COTS applications, with
ArcServe tape backup. Use VNC, MS Remote Desktop and Altiris to support HP and Dell Servers, Desktops, and
Laptops. Manage SysPrep, Acronis and Altiris imaging of Dell, HP PCs, laptops, and Thin Labs and HP Touch
Screen monitors. Microsoft Office 365 Client email support. Support internal Excel and Access database
applications, Lear AS400 production label printing front end of assembly line software, HTTPS Web and Telnet
SSH applications, various AutoCAD installs, all bar code printers and scanners, the labels budget and ordering,
production line build number overhead line monitors. Maintain Disaster Recovery data in the environment for
Cisco switch and wireless Access Points, and resolves WAN circuit and LAN issues. Coordinates with engineers
for associated Migrated XP PCs and thin clients to Win7. Mitel VOIP phone systems, Verizon cell phones.
Disaster Recovery Planning: Yearly updates site contact data, and systems and applications data, policies and
procedures. Internal and customer quality control and process history retention and restore.

Tuner on servers in the entirety of the mixed Netware 6, MS Server environment and provided resultant reports. I
Developed an MS Access DB of environment servers, documenting server type status and OS. 90 day contract
completed in 30 days.

HISTORY October 2016 to Current Yanfeng, Monroe, MI IT Multi Plant Coordinator: Adient is formerly Johnson Controls: Yanfeng Interiors is a division of Adient. Reports to CI Manager and performs IT technical support, plus provides senior level technical and on call support, for two manufacturing plants. Interiors plants: IT interfaces with engineers to support injection molding and vacuum forming of interiors. Submits requisitions towards IT Purchases. Directed to populate data for ITPM. Manufacturing Facilities: Two plants supporting GM, Ford and Chrysler Tier One and Tier 2 contracts. IT Infrastructure: HP MS servers and Cisco switch and wireless, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, MS Office 365 cloud Outlook, Skype for Business environment. Systems include Microsoft Server 2008/2012 and SQL Server 2005 back end of POTS and COTS applications. Use Dameware Remote Desktop to support users and servers. Populate Disaster Recovery data for the environment for systems access, Cisco switch and wireless Access Points, and for WAN circuit and LAN. Coordinates with support techs to resolve multi-site issues. May 2016 to August 2016 AEL Span, Belleville, MI IT Infrastructure Manager: Manages and performs IT technical Infrastructure, plus provides senior level technical and on call support, for five manufacturing plants. Member of management team attending weekly meetings representing IT, reporting to the Director of IT. Submit requisitions towards IT Purchases and Budget. Oversees Cisco VOIP phones. Performs Visual Basic, Batch File scripting for internal support situations. MS Server 2012 Projects: Reviewed purchase and procured new MS Server 2012 Hardware install for remote site. Later, assisted in setup of Insequence licensed software. Setup included software functionality on server in conjunction with hand held Workabout Pro4 Windows CE scanners. Scanner baseline setup, and software setup using Windows RDP Profiles from server. I have established FTP and EDI transactions to and from vendors, and coordinated with Insequence software to establish receipt of files. Manufacturing Facilities: Five facilities are JIT, Sequencing and Cross-Dock environments. Currently a migration from another company’s infrastructure to a new domain infrastructure is in process. I enabled Cloud Exchange forwarders and DNS forwarding. I have installed new HP servers and APC 3000 UPS’s, troubleshot a variety of hardware and software issues, and gathered infrastructure data. IT Infrastructure: Procured HP MS servers and Cisco switch and wireless, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, MS Office 365 client and cloud Outlook, Skype for Business environment. Systems include Microsoft Server 2008/2012 and SQL Server 2005 back end of POTS and COTS applications. Use TeamViewer, MS Remote Desktop to support HP and Dell Servers, IBM Desktops, and Laptops. Manage SysPrep, Acronis imaging of IBM PCs, laptops. Microsoft Office 365 Client email support for two domains, for AEL sites while breaking the domain into one company domain. Support production label printing and bar code scanners. Populate Disaster Recovery data for the environment for systems access, Cisco switch and wireless Access Points, and for WAN circuit and LAN. Coordinates with local part-time support techs to resolve multi-site issues. IT Systems Security: Report to IT Director for documentation, policies and procedures. Populate domain data for systems information and access. Highlights: • AEL Span and Lear: Create team policies, documentation adhering to SOX and ITPM requirements. • AEL Span: Configured Rackspace Office 365 cloud registers in a new domain, and added DNS domain entries. • AEL Span: Configured and supported Outlook client and Office 365 cloud on Windows 7 and 10 clients. • AEL Span: Supported MS Server 2012 virtualized on HP Servers. 2 MS SQL, 2 admin servers with mirroring. • AEL Span: Setup and interfaced scanners and servers with Insequence Inc. sequencing software. • AEL Span: Assists to perform site wireless surveys and antenna assessments to maximize coverage. Provides senior level technical and on call support, for three metals manufacturing plants operating 24/7. Member of management team attending weekly meetings representing IT. Perform administrative reporting to Plant Manager and to corporate Director, also financial and SOX reporting. Submit PARs and Requisitions to direct the yearly budget over 500,000. Created and maintains a team project list, along with Heat as the corporate ticket solution. Oversees the

Performs Visual Basic, Batch File scripting for internal support situations. Performed Inventory in association with management team, to less than 1% variance during recent inventory. SAP Project: IT Lead for SAP migration extracting Trans4M ERP system user and rights data, guided non-IT local personal with assistance, and crucial IT source for installation and configuration of wireless hand-held Symbol 9090 Shipping and Receiving scanners. Includes bridging the AS400 system to SAP, where shop floor thin clients and scanners data is back flushed, bridging from an MS SQL server to SAP. Management lead in coordination with Materials department to perform plant inventories in previous Trans4m ERP and the new SAP. Manages IT Team performing SAP and Active Directory password resets and SAP connectivity issues, and team per shift generated SAP EDI Error reports. We used cold rolled steel, inventoried in a database and we maintained a cut and etch lab to observe metal quality.
