and test environments for BreCON (Geneva Integrated Universal Solution) is a
billing and collect system designed for BT Wholesale Billing Operations. They
bill other licensed operators, mainly large mobile network operators, for use of
and connection to the BT network.
Using mainly bought-in technologies, BreCON was designed to rationalise BT
Retail’s support architecture, and produce what came to be called the
“transformation” of BT Wholesale.
