Management is universal in the modern industrial world.
Every individual organization requires the making of decision,
the coordination of activities, the handling of people, and the
evaluation of performances directed towards group activities.
Numerous managerial activities have their own particular
approach to specific type of problems, and are discussed under
such a heading as

- Production management
- Hotel management
- Educational Management
etc.
All have elements in common.

• Management is a process of development of people. It
is the process of personnel administration.

engagement and effective utilization of manpower
to obtain optimum efficiency of human resources.

• It includes teaching staff, Non-Teaching staff and
