2. Introduction
O Mr. P.J.Budhbhatti is working in the field of
mechanical engineering since 1983.
O He has done his graduation from
M.S.Univercity in 1980 and post graduation
from puna univercity in 1983 with designing
as special subject.
OWorking in different industries he
established his own company
“A.T.Consultant” that prepares machine
part design design for different industries.

• Success and satisfaction are both required for
happiness.

• It is not necessary that success can give you happiness
but only happy mind can lead to success.

Challenging situation makes a man perfect in
his field because it teaches us how should be
your behavior in critical condition.
Necessity leads us to do something new
because to fulfill it we must do our best.
Success without hard work is not a boon but
that is a turning point which leads him to get
lazy.
Challenges help us to believe in our self and
increase a self confidence.

organization
I have discovered so many patterns which is very
useful to my organization.
In my whole service I never got disappointments
from my seniors while they gave me instructions
because according to their suggestion I have
improved my self and I have done best for my
organization.

First of all I understood them then tried myself to become
comfortable.
Sometimes I had to compromise with them because every
one does not have the same opinion.
For engineers which were under me I often helped them
and I never misused the power of my position.
I helped them in many types of work without any
hesitation.
