Based on my experience and research, I can provide classify/provide reasons for both positive and negative environment
Positive Environment:
Positive Environment could be attained with few ways.
1.
Transparent & Open Communication: a straightforward and open type of correspondence delivers the workers have to feel that what they need to say has esteem. It is the thing that makes workers feels that they have a place in the association.
2.
Work-life balance: There must be some kind of harmony between work and individual life. When all is said in done, having that feeling of parity will enhance work fulfillment among representatives since they will feel that they're not disregarding alternate aspects of their lives that are, if not more, vital to them than work.
3.
Recognition: One has to get recognition for their work, thoughts and innovative ideas.
4.
Team spirit: Support from associates and look to have a place with a gathering. Come extreme times, the group ought to meet up to manage whatever issues are out there.
5.
Motivation: Every team member has to motivate each other.
6.
Gratitude: when any of the team mates help, it’s always good thing to thank them.
7.
Positive thinking: Positive thinking is always needed throughout the team whenever they run into any issues.
8.
Fun: It is always good to have fun sometimes in between work.
9.
Proper response: whenever a team mate calls or pings you for anything. It’s good to respond properly
10.
Celebrate: One other positive environment is to celebrate teams success.
Negative Environment:
As we have way that help to create positive environment, there are some situations which lead to negative environment as well. Some of them are below
1.
Inconsistent policies: Policies of the company keeps on changing makes employees more confusing.
2.
Cliques: Cliques and giggles really drive people nuts which could lead to negative environment.
3.
Miscommunication: Miscommunication between team mates and leaders and also with higher management.
4.
Toxic leader: Toxic leaders are all about themselves and do not care about any other talent in the team.
5.
Non-supportive: If the team is not supportive for any individual ideas or thoughts, we can say its negative environment.
6.
Favoritism: People getting rewarded for playing politics will definitely spoil workplace.
7.
Senior management not reachable: If the higher management is not reachable or not active, could lead to negative environment.
8.
Innovation suppressed: New ideas, thoughts and innovations being suppressed.
9.
No smiles: Smiles could really help workplace brighten up and all frowns make every one dull which will effect on productivity
