 Have expertise in adhoc planning of recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs of both niche as well as bulk hiring.
 Exercises good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines, to tap the right market
 Coordinating with the Leadership Team on all the new process implementations, reviews, updates, and closures.

 Support the firm’s strategy of direct hiring through use of internal sites and sourcing through job portals.
 Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads across job boards.
