2. Gustaaf holds a BSc (Information Sciences) and MSc (Quantitative Finance) from Tilburg, and
an MBA from Nyenrode Business University. Gustaaf has received formal training in the area
of teaching from Utrecht University.
Gustaaf teaches and trains an average of 150 course days per year in different executive and
master courses and training programs, mostly on entrepreneurship & Innovation, strategy,
business planning, leardership, communication and brain skills.
Gustaaf founded his first company at the age of 15 as a computer programmer, became an
internetwork specialist next and after that a strategic technology and innovation consultant.
In 2003 he founded Power2Improve, through which he helps companies and people become
the best versions of themselves through coaching, consulting, training and change
management services. As a hobby he, in 2000, started designing and executing international
university programs.
Today Gustaaf heads an international company with people working in virtual teams from 3
continents and 5 time zones. Next to that he trains and coaches lecturers and trainers
throughout Europe. Just recently did he accept the challenge to direct Tilburg University’s
skill development program for all their Entrepreneurship and Management Bachelor and
Master students.

3. Nathalie holds a LL.M. of Leiden University and studied i.a. change
management and psychology via institutions like Harvard and University of
California, Berkeley.
For many years Nathalie held various (management) positions in journalism,
media, marketing, telecom and finance. She set up the worldwide standard for
webcare (social CRM) for Vodafone, change managed SNS Bank to a truly
online bank and developed & led the new standard for getting more from both
employees and clients through enthusiasm.
Nathalie graduated from formal training in coaching, is a trained TEDxstyle
presentor/ presentation coach and a sought after international speaker. She
now coaches executives on leadership, engaging communication and change
management. This on top of her busy schedule as a change management
expert.
