3. Nathalie holds a LL.M. of Leiden University and studied i.a. change
management and psychology via institutions like Harvard and University of
California, Berkeley.
For many years Nathalie held various (management) positions in journalism,
media, marketing, telecom and finance. She set up the worldwide standard for
webcare (social CRM) for Vodafone, change managed SNS Bank to a truly
online bank and developed & led the new standard for getting more from both
employees and clients through enthusiasm.
Nathalie graduated from formal training in coaching, is a trained TEDxstyle
presentor/ presentation coach and a sought after international speaker. She
now coaches executives on leadership, engaging communication and change
management. This on top of her busy schedule as a change management
expert.
