Service the need for construction management in the underground, roadway, bridge & all land
development infrastructure with professionalism and personal attention. As Consultant, IMXGREEN
has assisted private investors, developers and general contractors in the planning and
implementation of all phases of infrastructure projects, from land acquisition, design, value
engineering. Lead, organize and consult with design engineer of record to develop creative, smart
practical construction methods into design. Create estimates, process permits; create cost budgets
of all scopes, vertical or civil. Manage and supervise total site-work, including survey controls, pre-
work as-builts, clear & grub, demolition, earthwork, drainage systems, water & sewer systems, pump
stations, lift stations, landscape, irrigation systems, retention ponds, canals, waterways, road right-
of-way improvement, segmental & spanned bridges, utility certifications, final bond documentation,
releases and final occupancy documentation. IMXGREEN has the experience vertical construction &
renovations, (residential & commercial construction). Currently organizing international projects to
develop a 75,000 home housing development, as well as a Waste Management & Waste to Energy
Program in Ghana, West Africa.

federal governmental bids, established equipment and labor production rates into unit prices for
estimates, developed, created and completed cost estimates and budgets for complex conceptual

Manager of highway and utility improvement projects I organized, chaired, led teams created CPM
Schedules with (Primavera, and Suretrack), monitored all goals to ensure they are met, oversee cost
and production performance and projections, organize and chair construction conferences with local
agencies, review shop drawings and maintain daily logs. As General Manager I ensured team moral,

Management of all phases of site development including organize and plan projects, from set up &
staging, through environmental and civil permitting phases with all governmental agencies. In
charge of buyout of projects, issue subcontracts and purchase orders, maintain change request logs,
control back-charges and maintain job costs. Monitor material expenditures; create breakdowns for
payment, process monthly subcontractor and vendor payment applications, issue formal
correspondence to corporate office executives, subcontractors and consultants. Lead and conduct
regular progress meetings with contractors, consultants and engineers. Assist with the gathering of
information and as-built review to secure water and sewer certification. Coordinate with local utility
companies the design and installation of back-bone for utilities (FPL, BellSouth, Cable and Traffic
Engineering).
