As part of a joint venture with Tully Construction, Mr. Anowar serves as QA/QC
Manager for the fit-out of the main station, entrances, and ancillary structures for the
96th Street Station. The contract requires ten stages of construction which will include
the construction of the 96th Street Station, ancillary buildings, and entrances, as well as
rehabilitation and retrofit of the
2. existing 99th-105th Street tunnel, the construction of invert slab and benches in
the new 87th-92nd street tunnels, and the installation of major mechanical
systems. E.E. Cruz/Tully is also responsible for site restoration along
9 blocks of Second Avenue including the placement of utilities in final locations,
glazed storefronts and canopies, and the restoration of sidewalks, pavement, curbs,
signage, and landscaping.

Quality Control Manager for the construction of Emergency Vent Plant #6331
including plenum, vent bays, and flues at Mulry Square to protect the IND 8th Ave and
