Construction Cost: $10.5M
Requirements: Overall project management and administration of engineering and inspection staff, site
construction management and administration, construction pay quantities, resident interaction,
federal and state wage program administration and sanitary sewer permitting through ADEQ.
Provided weekly project status reports and construction estimates to the client and interested
parties throughout the project duration.
Prepared necessary documentation summarizing the construction status, completion items,
client interactions, resident complaints and conflict resolution.

Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
Construction Cost: $8.25M
Requirements: Provided overall design of completed plans for the grading/drainage (Phase I) and the
utilities/roadways (Phase II) for a proposed ethanol plant located in SE North Dakota. The
successful plans and subsequent construction management solidified possibilities of future
design sites.
Provided successful construction management and construction scheduling and coordination
for Phase I and Phase II.

Requirements: Served as the Project Manager and Designer for this project, providing many design solutions
and drainage calculations for storm sewer retention, drainage pipe capacity, sanitary sewer
piping, water main pipe capacity and fire flow coverage, roadway capacity and structural
pavement designs.
Also served as Engineer-at-Risk for the construction of the entire storm sewer system, sanitary
sewer system, drainage system and roadway subgrade construction.

Requirements: Operation and management of a startup engineering firm, providing engineering design and

Area of the Lake Havasu City Wastewater System Expansion Program. This project consisted of approximately
$10.5 M of sanitary sewer system improvements and other related items to convert all sewer service to gravity
collection from individual septic systems.
 Responsibilities included overall staff management and coordination; construction management and
administration, construction pay quantities, resident interaction, wage rate program evaluation / documentation
and sanitary sewer permitting in accordance with ADEQ requirements.

 Provided daily construction management services for large conference center and bleacher system for the Minot
Park District in Minot, ND.
