This is a project valued in excess of $3 billion Cdn. that will increase the capacity of Syncrude’s
existing oil sands extraction and upgrader by 30%. Multi-company integrated task force
responsible for the project definition and associated cost and scheduling required to obtain
project sanction from the owners.
Duties: Responsible for the East/West and North/South piperacks in area 18-2 of the SSB
plant(Syncrude Sweet Blend). Responsibilties include piling and foundation modeling and
drawing extraction, pile reporting and checking, steelwork modeling and drawing extraction, mto

Duties: To access the PDS setup as it was and to put forward any recommendations that might
enhance the future use of PDS within the office. In particular interest was the setup and
modeling technique of the users in Frameworks on the Cabuyao Granules Project.
Lead Civil/Structural design supervisor and coordinator on the Cabuyao Granules
Project responsible for supervising a number of engineers and PDS designers in
the execution of the structural content of the project. Liaisoning with construction, fabrication
and other outside consultants on the project. Troubleshooting any problems designers have

supervisor for the local draftsmen to a standard acceptable to our client (BHP).
