May 2014-May 2015 Employed by TSB Bank as a Customer Service Representative basedat the Inglewood
Branch. My roles at TSB is predominantly cash handling and serving customers at the counter, other roles that
I do on a daily basis is writing letters, faxes andemails to other parties, a lot of scanning and documenting and
acquiring sales targets set by the bank.Building rapport with our customers is my sole focus as we/I want to
retain the banks great customer service record.
Feb 2014- May 2014 Employed by Subway in New Plymouth. My roles at Subway include preparation of
consumer food products to a health and safety standard till service and money handling, closing the store at
nights (cash ups), bidfest orders and also providing customer service that is efficient,welcoming andfocused
on meeting the consumer’s needs.

food products to a health and safety standard till service andmoney handling also providing customer service
that is efficient, welcoming and focused on meeting the consumer’s needs.
Nov 2012-Feb 2013 Employed by Brett Sampson, I was farming East of Stratford in Pukengahu over the
summer on a fix term contract. Predominantly my jobs involved were weed management, pasture walks,
stock management, milking and herd testing routines.
Aug 2012- Nov2012 Employedby Karl Dean,I was farming in Kapuni. A fixed term contract for over the
spring months my roles were calf rearing, stock movement, fencing, pasture walks, milking andherd testing
routines.
May 2011-Feb 2012 Employed by McDonald’s Restaurant in Hawera. My roles included preparation of
consumer food products to a health and safety standard,and providing customer service that is efficient,
friendly andfocused on meeting the consumer’s needs.
Jun 2011-Aug 2011 Employed with Combined Insurance as a Sales Representative which involved using my
interpersonal skills and establishing a good salesman/client relationship. Establishing new clients and
reviewing the insurance needs of existing clients. The role involvedboth a lot of phone work anddirect door
to door approach.
Nov 2010-Feb 2011 Employed by Keith Shaw fencing Contractor as a manual labourer doing fence repair,
and establishing new fence lines. Role entailed boring and digging in posts, measurement, post and baton
fixations andelectric fences andhanging gates.
July- Oct 2005- 2011 Spring employment on my parent’s farm. Predominantly calf rearing teaching
newborn calves andupwards ensuring all received adequate feed and nutrition, reporting any changes in
feeding habits/health status. Also in the last 5 years I have work casually on the farm being involved in weed
management, pasture walks, stock management,silage/maize harvest, assisting in milk shed and herd testing
routines.
Community Involvement: 2011-2013:I was very proud to volunteer to coach the Ngaere School
Shockwaves, Breakers and Sidewinders Basketball team Year 7/8, Jones cup years 4/5 rugby team, and the year
7/8 Ripper rugby team. Regular practices, effort andcommitment saw them achieverunner up in their grades
for basketball in 2011-2012 a result of which we all were very proud. I look forward to being able to coach
4. and develop these teams next year. I also am pressing on coaching representative level basketball for either
boys or girls in the developing years.
Interests: I enjoy allsports, playing Rugby,Cricket and Basketball. Trout fishing andthe occasional hunting
are also favourite pastimes. Socially I like to hang out with my friends and spending time with family. I enjoy
meeting new people, taking on challenges and push myself into trying newthings.
