To whom it may concern: This is a letter of recommendation for Harrison
Pelletier.
Harrison has been employed by Bella Cigna for 1 ½ years. He has held
many position, when the need arises ~ he steps up to the plate! Originally he
was hired as a busser and provided excellent service the restaurant and the
customers. The ability to multitask is priority in this position. Knowing when
the need to accelerate the pace with grace and a positive attitude.
Washing dishes, cleaning the restaurant when someone is sick and the
position needs to be filled, he has never hesitated to pitch in at a moments
notice. This attitude, I think is paramount of his character! In today’s
workforce this is highly unusual for such a young person to take pride in
everything they do. A little philosophical note* train the next generation of
students to have that team player approach, when it comes to their jobs
whether they will be a dishwasher or a doctor!
Expediting! Just that expedite in a fast, efficient manner! This position is high
pressure with Zero mistakes! He also excelled at this with a multitasking
approach. This too ~ someone was sick and he stepped in with observation
and knowledge of what he has been exposed yet paying attention to detail! He
did a fine job and has filled this position many times.
Hosting ~ The first person you see when you come threw door. He’s sharp,
well dressed with an eloquent demeanor and the ability to make people feel
welcome and in control of all situations.
Food preparation and take outs ~ This too is a high profile extremely fast pass
position and again takes ( multitasking ) to a new level. Whether you prepare
for 2 or 22 and get the order right! He has been responsible for all monetary
transactions and has NEVER been incorrect! I repeat NEVER this is highly

2. unusual in this business but, he’s broken all the paradigms of employees
paperwork!
Harrison is a fine person that will exceed at anything pursues. He’s very
intelligent, energetic, compassionate, and has pride in everything he does.
His peers view him as a team player that’s always got your back, just ask him
he will always assist!
I look forward to 15 years from now and rejoice in his success, I know I will be
proud!
