 Conduct yearly employee review
 Lead staff meetings
 Ensure that standards are followed on an ongoing basis by all employees in services
provided to clients.
Public relations
 Compose weekly newsletter and promotion through social media
 Organize and manage the successful delivery of store programs such as run/walk
clinics, reward programs,
 Coordinate special events such as expo booth, side walk sales, customer relation events
 Speaking engagements related to store and company to local schools and businesses
 Selected as company representative for television interviews (CJOH & Radio Canada)
