EXPERIENCE
SERVICETITAN Product Manager January 2016 – Present
ServiceTitan is a SaaS platform that solves the multi-billion dollar home service industry’s need for a
CRM, sales, operations, reporting, and marketing tool. At ServiceTitan, I have distinguished myself as a
tireless team player always seeking to solve problems faced by our users, product, and co-workers.
• Joined ServiceTitan as the fifth employee and helped grow the company to 200+ employees and a
roughly $300MM valuation through both Series A and B funding.
• Conceived and shipped several product solutions (Purchase Ordering, Inventory Replenishment
Management, and Progressive Billing) which enabled the signing of some of the most strategically
important SMB and enterprise clients as well as opened up new segments in the market.
• Designed and shipped a revamped version of our product’s accounting functionality, which allowed
our users to more effectively track their financials on their general ledger in Quickbooks.
• Managed a team of offshore and local developers and QA engineers in a fast-paced agile environment
to release some of the most impactful and bug-free products up to this point in the product’s history.
• Leveraged my deep product and user insights to serve as sales engineer on the largest deals, helping
sign clients each worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Enabled, through effective coaching and product development solutions, Customer Success Managers
to navigate their most difficult cases to retain our most important clients representing millions in ARR.
• Embarked on travels spanning hundreds of thousands of miles to truly understand our users’ stories
and needs and incorporated the knowledge gained into both the features I managed and those managed
by my peers, including our invoicing, accounting, dispatching, and mobile user experiences.
SERVICETITAN Senior Implementation Specialist March 2014 – December 2015
• Served as the first and original ServiceTitan Implementation Specialist, or “Onboarder.”
• Empowered thousands of new users (representing $4-5MM in ARR) to discover how to get the most
out of our product right out of the gate.
• Demonstrated effectively our young product’s value and established rapport with users, thus retaining
dozens of wavering early adopter client accounts during a make or break period in our history.
• Established via iteration best practices which now form the foundation of ServiceTitan’s customer
onboarding process, a process unmatched by any competitor, giving ServiceTitan a market edge.
• Trained all new implementation specialists on my onboarding methods and tools, as well as on our
product itself and common user goals. Often traveled to clients to backup new senior onboarders.
• Involved deeply in the interview and selection process of the founding members of the implementation
department, a group now of 30+ highly capable, dedicated, and close knit members
• Supported all units (Support, Onboarding, Success, Product, Sales, Marketing) as a Product Expert
with product, user, and industry knowledge collected through extensive experience with users.
• Exhibited dedication by wearing many hats, from Costco restocking runs and kitchen cleanup in the
early days, to emergency support for customers, to customer success management for major clients,
and product requirements gathering for VIP clients.
2. EDUCATION DYNAMICS, INC. Systems Analyst June 2012 – August 2013
Education Dynamics produces ISISTrac, a SaaS Student Information System used by charter school
networks across the country.
• Gathered complex requirements from users and simplified them into software specifications for
developers to execute.
• Conducted QA testing of both new development and existing feature and prioritized bug fixes.
• Maintained communication with users about the usability of our product and potential future updates.
• Coordinated with a team of local developers to determine best allocation of resources and timely
execution of updates.
