Kids sponsorships:
● Created monthly monitoring of kids
via home visit reports
● Ministry of Social Affairs agreed and
registered all kids under NFO care
● Signed social contracts with all
kids/relatives and NFO
● Care packages were delivered to all
24 kids for 3 months
● Started and will continue sending
individual updates for all the donors
NFO operations:
● Ministry of Social Affairs will visit
NFO on 23th of January to finish
our registration as a local NGO
● New team structure is finalised
● New website is being developed
● NFO Volunteer program is in
progress to be launched
Schools:
● Fully funded and finished the
maintenance of the schools
● 500 new English books were
funded and delivered

funded

whole class so that students focus on the lesson carefully and understand it fully

Speaker to get students listen the Tab Scrip as well as word cards and posters
● Classroom Environment: The environment inside is not very clean but outside is
good, no plastic or rubbish
● Working Hours: 12:30pm - 4:30pm

● Classroom Management: Teacher is not good at controlling the whole class
meaning that some students are noisy and are going in and out during the
lesson
● Teaching Style: Teacher uses only one style to teach student without using
any new teaching methods. Sometimes he will use the Speaker to get
students to listen
● Classroom Environment: It’s still a big problems with plastic inside and
around the class
● Working Hours: 1:00pm – 5: 00 pm
● Books being used: Group A English for Children, Group B and C “Taking
Off”
