led the financial audits, provided documentation and training manuals for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 while
troubleshooting accounting and ERP issues. Built consolidated financial reports utilizing FRX, published and implemented
accounting processes and procedures and trained employees utilizing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
Incident Catering Services, LLC and OK’s Cascade Company - Controller
Built and managed a new finance team. Responsible for hiring and training staff, writing new policies and procedures,
creating financial statements and leading a successful team. Implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP and Olympic Project
Cost. Improved staff capabilities through training and mentoring and instituted new financial functions. Through
improved processes, was able to provide the Executive team with current and accurate financial statements, enabling them
to make better business decisions.
Johnson Controls, Inc. – Senior Finance Manager
Managed the finance team as a Facilities Management contractor for T-Mobile. Managed the finances and budgets for
multiple lines of business and provided financial analysis to determine current and projected gross margin. Prepared
monthly and mid-month forecasts, budgets for both Johnson Controls and T-Mobile and reported financial condition of
the Facilities Management team to the Executive staff.
Alaska Municipal League Joint Insurance Association, Inc. – Deputy Director/Director of Finance/Treasurer of the Board
of Trustees
Took on several different roles with this organization. Built a new accounting department, hired and trained a successful
team. Developed the processes and procedures, set targets and evaluated company goals. Promoted to Deputy Director
and as the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees gathered and analyzed financial data for decision making by department
managers, board members and external auditors.
Implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP, trained staff and designed reports for both the accounting and claims system.
Developed an internal underwriting spreadsheet database that was later used by a developer to design their customized
underwriting program.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Dynavax Technologies – Berkeley, CA – Lead Senior Functional Consultant
Responsible for gathering information during discovery to create the tools to implement and configure Microsoft
Dynamics AX 2012 R3 for a pharmaceutical company with an office in Berkeley and in Germany. Created business process
work flows, test cases and training material used for User Acceptance Testing. Primarily responsible for configuring,
testing and training in the areas of Procurement and Sourcing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Sales Tax
and Management Reporter. Configured AX to be able to create consolidated Management Reporter reports utilizing
multi-currency exchange rates. Implemented intercompany features and modules along with multi-currency capability.
Built multiple complex workflows to be used when creating Purchase Requisitions. Instrumental in successfully bringing
the company live on schedule and continued to provide post-Go-Live support.
City of Kingston – ON, Canada – Lead Senior Functional Consultant
As part of the Strategy and Operations pre-deployment engagement, was in charge of spearheading, defining, and
providing recommendations towards further improving the client’s warehouse functions, primarily for their Health Care
facility and Utilities warehouses. Responsible for managing and improving their procurement processes, to include
requisitioning and purchase order processing, as well as configuring and implementing the Accounts Payable module and
processes. Performed internal testing and end user training in all of these areas. Gathered business requirements,
functional documentation, the mapping of all business process work flows, creating training materials, identifying business
scenarios, test case documentation, fit-gap analysis, data mapping and conversion, software configuration, creating
business requirement documents for functional enhancements and providing regular status reports to the Executive Team.
Kuker Ranken – Seattle, WA - Project Manager/Senior Functional Consultant
Provider of surveying and construction equipment throughout the Northwest. Served as the Project Manager for all
phases of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 implementation. Primary responsibilities included resources, tasks, and
deliverables management of the entire project team and the client. Additionally, tasked with maintaining and updating
the project SharePoint site, budgeting, resource management, quality assurance and management, risk management,
weekly status presentations to the Executive team, and delivery of project status reporting. Led all directives and project
governance, specific to resource scheduling, as well as project and milestone planning. Responsibilities span across data
migration, configuration and implementation of the Organization, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts

Grain Corp Malt Brewing – Vancouver, WA – Lead Senior Functional Consultant
One of the largest malt companies on the West Coast, with companies in Europe and Australia. Stepped in after a
transferring of VAR’s for this client and led the supply chain efforts as well as managed the configuration, data migration
and integration components of the implementation, including delegation of workload and prioritization of development
efforts across the technical team. Responsibilities included data migration, configuration and implementation of the
Organization, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing,
Inventory Management, Products Information Management, Commodities and Intercompany features and modules.

Muckleshoot Casino – Auburn, WA – Lead Senior Functional Consultant
One of the largest Casinos in the Northwest. Performed the initial discovery for the upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics
AX2009 to Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3, providing the requirements for the upgrade. Responsibilities spanned
across data migration, configuration and implementation of the Organization, General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Sales and Marketing, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting and Fixed Assets. Solely responsible
for post-Go-Live support spanning all of the above mentioned Dynamics AX modules, created training documents,
gathered customized form requirements for development and provided end user training. In addition, created several
