OBJECTIVE
To work in an environment that provides exceptional service and personal growth. My passion
is to lead, guide and direct others in professionalism resulting in excellence. I am looking to

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Training and Qualifications
I have completed over 60 plus hours in Wraparound Services, provided through
Department of Mental Health, including presenting quality services evaluations at the
Children’s Conference in spring 2011. Children’s Conference included groups of individuals
and non-profit organizations seeking information about Children’s and Family’s services to
address mental health needs.
Attended National level Wraparound Trainings and became a state trainer for the
Wraparound Initiative for two years. My focus was working with new Care Coordinators,
and Family Support Providers. Training included Wraparound Initiative importance and
procedures, and quality mental health services.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point
Real Estate Training Course (License Received) served as a buyer and seller specialist and
trainer within the real estate arena.
Leadership Academy – Destiny Church Certificate received, development of personal
mission statement.
Interactive Relationships between Police and Authorities in the community with the Youth
we serve. Certificate received, this training provided appropriate wording and details on
deescalating situations before they become violent.
Cognitive Behavior Training, Department of Mental Health, these provided important
details on understanding children and their families who experience mental health issues.
Family Support and Wraparound Training, Wraparound provides twice a year training to
maintain the quality Wraparound Services. Some items includes case management needed
training including ethics, high fidelity wrap services such as prevention, crisis and treatment
plan development.
Coaches and Supervisors Training for Systems of Care. This training included, Modules of
the Wraparound Process along with procedures and policies as it pertains to training new
staff.
Worked directly with the Athletic staff in development of multi-million dollar fundraising
efforts including direct billing to donors and assessing completion of fundraising efforts.
August 27-31 Juvenile Justice Reform Conference completed training to include topics
related to reducing recidivism, trafficking victims, how to manage stress in a stressful
environment and several other topics conducive to Juvenile Justice.
September 22, 2016 I will complete the Tulsa County Supervisor Training program which
provides me with a year of supervisor experience.
Leadership and Collaborative qualifications
Leadership skills include community involvement; CommunityService Council
Wraparound Steering committees, and referral meetings. I was involved with the
Department of Mental Health Wraparound Initiative State Team for two years. We
facilitated changes within the communities and voted on important issues concerning
children’s mental health issues.
Was seated on the Gang Task Force Committee, community meetings. The purpose of the
Gang Task Force Committee was to improve disparity of youth, and improve the outcomes
2. of police youth interactions.
Supported a team to initiate a pilot program that brought a Wraparound Team into the
Juvenile Justice setting, to work alongside probation counselors, to improve outcomes, and
allow community collaboration to serve the youth and families involved in the Juvenile
Justice system.
Spent many years developing community resource data information and have collaborated
with community partners to determine effectiveness. Working with community partners to
determine effective treatment options for the Juvenile’s.
Currently I am working with a team of community professionals to develop a girl’s home
here in Tulsa to address the trafficking and exploitation needs. Communitypartners are
developing a mission, vision and obtaining funding sources to make this home a reality.
